Help came in the morning but by midday it seemed the dishwasher still wasnt vright. Had a phone back from the mechanic and he called in again on his way home and got to rge bottom of the problem. Any other company woyld make us wait for a new appointment Very impressed wirh your service and Paul.

Prompt reply to enquiry and visit arranged. Very knowledgeable engineer who did his best to sort out the problem. Unfortunately it was an old dishwasher and beyond repair. NAC were very helpful and gave excellent advice on best options to replace the machine. Very professional. Thank you.

Our engineer, Paul, got on with the job and checked the fridge freezer for the cause of the fault (icing-up of the freezer section). He removed the blockage that was causing the issue and confirmed that the electrics were all functioning correctly. I was pleased to get his advice on what to do if the problem returned (buy a new fridge freezer rather than seek a repair). My only complaint is that I had to phone up the engineer when he didn't turn up in the booked morning slot. But he did arrive in the afternoon the same day.

The Oven light had failed and I had already replaced it but it still did not work. The electrician who came was able to quickly find the problem - the bulb holder was at fault. He had the replacement on his van and quickly installed it - hey presto it worked again! He also showed me how to unlock the oven door so that it could be cleaned and I really appreciated his patience, care and expert help.
